Price & Availability
Vivo Pad 5 Pro Soft Light Edition tablet is currently only available in China, and there is no official confirmation on an international release date. The tablet was launched in China on December 15, 2025. It comes in a total of two configurations, which include 12GB RAM plus 256GB storage and 16GB RAM plus 512GB storage, priced at CNY 3,699 (approximately ₹43,000) and CNY 4,199 (approximately ₹49,000), respectively.
Camera Setup and Battery Pack
In the rear section of the Vivo Pad 5 Pro Soft Light Edition tablet, you get a 13MP rear camera, whereas in front it is equipped with an 8MP selfie camera. Apart from that, the tablet features a large 12,050 mAh battery pack, which easily provides you a battery backup of up to 2 days on normal use. You can quickly charge this tablet with 66W fast charging support, and it also supports 5W reverse charging.

Vivo Pad 5 Pro Soft Light Edition tablet features a 13-inch LTPS OLED soft light display with a 3.1K resolution, and it has a 144 Hz refresh rate which provides smooth scrolling. It reaches up to 1200 nits of peak brightness and uses a nano-level crystalline etching process to reduce glare and eye strain. Along with that, it features an aluminium frame and an ultra-thin design, with the Soft Light variant weighing around 578 grams and measuring 5.94 mm in thickness.

Vivo Pad 5 Pro Soft Light Edition tablet is powered by the octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 9400 processor, and it is available in 12GB RAM plus 256GB storage and 16GB RAM plus 512GB storage configurations, using LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 storage.
Apart from that, it is equipped with an 8-speaker panoramic acoustic system, and it supports the optional Vivo Pencil 3 stylus and Smart Touch Keyboard 5 Pro. The tablet runs on Android 15 with OriginOS 5 interface.
