As of now, Realme has not officially confirmed the launch date of the Realme Neo 8 phone. However, it is highly rumoured to launch in January 2026 in China, and it will be rebranded as the Realme GT 8 for the global and Indian markets, with a release expected later in 2026 in India. The price for the Realme Neo 8 is tentatively expected to start at around ₹29,990.

Realme has officially teased the phone’s existence and confirmed that it will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset, which positions it as a performance-led, gaming-focused flagship killer. A live image of the rear panel has also been leaked, which shows a glass back and metal frame, and an Infinity Edition variant is also rumoured to be in the works.
