Oppo K12s 5G Review: The new Oppo K12s phone has been launched. The Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 chipset powers this smartphone, which also features a huge 7,000mAh battery.

Oppo launched the Oppo K12s in China. With a massive 7,000mAh battery that supports 80W rapid charging, this smartphone is powered by the Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 CPU. After the Oppo K13 5G, which has nearly identical characteristics, was released in India, this phone was released in China. The 50-megapixel dual camera set on this smartphone is fantastic. Also, it features a 5,700mm² VC cooling system for improved thermal management, which keeps the phone from overheating and allows for smooth operation.

The 8GB + 128GB storage edition of the Oppo K12s starts at CNY 1,199, which is around Rs. 14,000 in Indian rupees. Priced at CNY 1,399 (around Rs. 16,000), CNY 1,599 (around Rs. 18,000), and CNY 1,799 (approximately Rs. 20,000), respectively, are the 8GB + 256GB, 12GB + 256GB, and 12GB + 512GB RAM and storage models. Rose Purple, Prism Black, and Star White are the colors that are offered. In China, the phone will be on sale on April 25.

Features of the Oppo K12s

ColorOS 15, which is based on Android 15, powers this dual-SIM (Nano) smartphone. It features a 6.67-inch full-HD + (1080×2400 pixel) AMOLED screen with a maximum brightness of 1,200 nits, a refresh rate of 120 Hz, and a touch sampling rate of 180 Hz. It features a Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 octa-core processor, 512GB of UFS 3.1 storage, and up to 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM. It features a 5,700mm² VC cooling system to provide better cooling.

Other features, such as the camera

A 50-megapixel main sensor (with f/1.8 aperture and autofocus) and a 2-megapixel monochrome camera make up the Oppo K12s’ dual rear camera configuration for photography. It features a 16-megapixel front camera (f/2.5 aperture) for selfies and video calls. Because of its IP65 classifying, the phone has protection from water splashes and dust.

Although the listing does not yet include any information about cameras, it looks like the rear panel has a dual camera system with flash. This battery is said to last for 14.9 hours for video calls and 49.4 hours for regular calls. Even after five years of regular use, this battery may still hold over 80% of its capacity.
