OnePlus Watch Lite features a 1.46-inch AMOLED screen which offers an exceptional 3000 nits of peak brightness for excellent visibility in harsh sunlight conditions. The display can be used effectively even with wet hands, as it comes with 5 ATM and IP68 ratings. The watch measures just 8.9 mm in thickness and weighs around 59 grams, which helps it offer a comfortable fit. Simultaneously, it features a durable 316L stainless steel frame and scratch-resistant sapphire crystal over the display.
Health & Fitness Tracking Features
OnePlus Watch Lite is equipped with an accelerometer, gyroscope, optical heart rate sensor, blood oxygen SpO₂ sensor, wrist temperature sensor, ambient light sensor, air pressure sensor, and a geomagnetic compass. It also has a unique 60-second health check feature that gathers data on heart rate, blood oxygen, vascular health, and arterial stiffness. It offers over 100 sports modes with six types of automatic recognition.

OnePlus Watch Lite runs on OxygenOS Watch 7.1, which is a lighter and more battery-efficient system than Google’s Wear OS, but it lacks a third-party app store. It provides up to 10 days of typical battery life, or four days with the always-on display active. If you charge this smartwatch for just 10 minutes, it offers approximately 24 hours of usage, and a full charge takes around 90 minutes or less.
