OnePlus 15T and Pad 3 Mini: In the wake of the recent OnePlus 13T release earlier this year, OnePlus is reportedly gearing up for another major release. OnePlus is reportedly working on bringing a compact flagship smartphone, the OnePlus 15T, as a follow-up to the 13T. Apart from this, OnePlus could also release its first compact flagship tablet, which could strengthen its high-end product offering in 2026.

Two New Compact Flagships in the Pipeline

According to Weibo’s top tipster Digital Chat Station, the Ouga Group (covering OnePlus, Oppo, and Realme) is currently experimenting with prototype devices of a compact tablet. The phone is reported to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 chip (SM8850), the same processor that can drive the upcoming OnePlus 15T. Both phones are set to hit the market in the first half of 2026, and while the tipster did not confirm the brand, everything points toward OnePlus.

OnePlus 15T May Pack Flagship Power in Compact Form

The OnePlus 15T is expected to continue the brand’s tradition of prioritizing small flagships such as the OnePlus 13T. It may feature a 6.3-inch display and may run on Qualcomm’s next Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 processor. As a combination, they are engineered to offer flagship-level performance in a more portable form factor, ideal for users who prefer small phones but do not wish to compromise performance.

Little Tablet to Be Released as OnePlus Pad 3 Mini

Leaks suggest the compact tablet will emerge as the OnePlus Pad 3 Mini, creating a new mini-tablet segment for OnePlus. If so, this is a new path for OnePlus, going into the arena of compact tablets with a flagship-level device. The tablet is said to employ the same high-end Snapdragon chip, setting it up for entertainment and work on the go.

OnePlus 13T Laid the Groundwork for Small-Scale Innovation

OnePlus 13T, launched in April 2025, featured a 6.32-inch full-HD+ OLED display and Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. It came with up to 16GB of RAM, 1TB of storage, and a huge 6,260mAh battery supporting 80W fast charging. It featured a dual 50MP camera system at the rear and a 16MP front camera, offering a flagship experience in a small package, paving the way for subsequent compact flagships.

Looking to 2026

With OnePlus now poised to elevate its short lineup, customers will probably notice an even broader range of powerful but compact devices. If the rumors hold any truth, the OnePlus 15T and Pad 3 Mini could be significant upgrades in OnePlus’ strategy for delivering high-performance devices in compact sizes.
