Processor: Motorola Edge 60 Fusion vs Moto G35 5G

Motorola Edge 60 Fusion comes with the more efficient MediaTek Dimensity 7400 chipset with an octa-core CPU operating at 2.5GHz. It’s combined with 8GB of RAM and 8GB of virtual RAM, and it’s perfect for multitasking and gaming. Moto G35 5G, on the contrary, uses the Unisoc T760 processor at 2.2GHz, supported by 4GB RAM and 4GB virtual memory. It holds up fine for simple tasks but fails to match Edge 60 Fusion’s speed and efficiency. If performance is most important, Edge 60 Fusion wins in this regard.

Display and Battery Comparison

Edge 60 Fusion features a 6.7-inch pOLED screen with 1220×2712 resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and HDR peak brightness of up to 4500 nits. The display is curved and Pantone-calibrated, wrapped in Corning Gorilla Glass 7i for rich visuals and color accuracy. Moto G35 5G, on the other hand, has a 6.72-inch IPS LCD screen with 1080×2400 resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. It’s equally bright at 1000 nits HBM but not as premium as an AMOLED panel would have been.

Battery-wise, Edge 60 Fusion comes with a 5500mAh battery coupled with 68W TurboPower fast charging, whereas Moto G35 5G features a slightly smaller 5000mAh battery with 18W charging. Therefore, if quick charging and superior display quality are your priorities, Edge 60 Fusion clearly leads the show.

Camera Comparison: Edge 60 Fusion vs Moto G35 5G

Motorola Edge 60 Fusion has a dual-camera setup with a 50MP primary sensor and a 13MP ultra-wide-angle lens. It has OIS and 4K video recording capabilities, and the 32MP front camera manages selfies very well. Moto G35 5G, however, has a 50MP primary and 8MP secondary sensor combination with a 16MP front camera. Both record 4K videos, but Edge 60 Fusion’s Sony LYT700 sensor and OIS provide clearer and smoother footage.

Price Comparison

As of now, Motorola Edge 60 Fusion costs ₹19,950 after a 10% price reduction in the course of the Great Indian Festival. The Moto G35 5G is available for as low as ₹9,568 after a 4% price cut. There’s nearly a ₹10,000 difference between them, though, considering the specs and the quality overall, Edge 60 Fusion deserves the premium tag.

Conclusion

Both smartphones are price-packed, yet they address different requirements. The Moto G35 5G is ideal for those seeking a reliable 5G phone at a price under ₹10,000. However, if you prefer smoother performance, a premium look, a better display, and faster charging, the Motorola Edge 60 Fusion is a far more intelligent choice.
