Honor 500 Series : Honor is preparing for its next big launch, and this time the focus is on the Honor 500 and Honor 500 Pro series. These new smartphones will be an upgrade to the Honor 400 series and are likely to launch in China by December 2025. According to leaked reports, these phones will have better cameras, stylish design and advanced display features.
Design and display
The Honor 500 series can have a thin and light design, which will give a premium finish like the iPhone. According to reports, the Honor 500 will have a 6.5-inch AMOLED display, which will be slightly more polished and brighter than the previous model Honor 400 (6.55 inches). At the same time, the Honor 500 Pro variant may have an even bigger and advanced display.
Big upgrade in camera setup
This time Honor is working towards improving its camera features. Both Honor 500 and 500 Pro are expected to get a 200MP main camera. The base model may have a dual camera setup, while the Pro variant will get a triple camera. The camera module may be designed to give a thinner and more premium feel this time.
Other possible features
Honor 500 Pro may also have some extra premium features like a larger display, better imaging processing and possibly wireless charging support. However, official information regarding battery and charging specifications has not been revealed yet.
Comparison with Honor 400 series
The Honor 400 series was launched in May this year. It had a 6.55-inch AMOLED display, Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 processor, 200MP dual camera and 5,300mAh battery with 66W fast charging. The Pro variant had Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor and support for 50W wireless charging along with 100W wired charging. These features are expected to be made more advanced in the Honor 500 series.

The Honor 500 series could prove to be another big step for the company. With premium design, high-resolution camera and possibly better charging features, this series could create a new stir in the mid-range flagship market. However, all this information is currently based on leaks, so for the real features we will have to wait for the official launch.
