Google Pixel 10: Google’s next major smartphone announcement is already creating buzz, not officially, but via leaks that are enthralling enthusiasts. Well before the official reveal, the Pixel 10 series has been all anyone can talk about in the tech community due to a new batch of abstract wallpapers that reflect Google’s more sophisticated creative direction for 2025.

Google Pixel 10 Wallpaper Designs

Mystic Leaks has leaked a complete set of wallpapers for the future Pixel 10 and Pixel 10 Pro lineup. Published on Telegram, the set consists of 40 wallpapers in total. But they are 20 distinct designs with light and dark variations. The wallpapers have a unified abstract visual design theme that incorporates a glass-like appearance, and every background is presented with a layered, premium look.

Even though the shared ones are compressed, high-res versions are available from the original source. The wallpaper leak provides a clear indication of the visual tone of the software in the coming series, and it seems to be sleek and mature.

Pixel 10 Series Color Options

Mystic Leaks has also revealed color alternatives for the Pixel 10 series. The regular Pixel 10 will come in four color options: Obsidian (black), Blue, Iris (purple), and Limoncello (yellow), the latter inspired by the energetic Italian lemon liquor. These colors provide the device with a friendly but trendy persona.

Conversely, the Pixel 10 Pro and Pixel 10 Pro XL will be available in neutral and more traditional colors like Obsidian, Sterling (gray), Porcelain (white), and Green. These colors suggest a more upscale positioning of the more premium models.

Pixel 10 Series Launch Timeline

Google has not officially announced the launch date of the Pixel 10 series. Nevertheless, following previous trends in terms of releases—Pixel 9 was released in August, while Pixel 8 was released in October—the new series should be out later this year. Here, Google will launch four phones at once: Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro, Pixel 10 Pro XL, and Pixel 10 Pro Fold.

Tensor G5 Chip Details

The most significant hardware improvement in the Pixel 10 family is the Tensor G5 processor. This is Google’s first chip to be designed by TSMC, employing the cutting-edge 3nm N3E process. The G5 has a tri-cluster configuration: one Cortex-X4 core for maximum performance, five Cortex-A725 cores for efficiency, and two Cortex-A520 cores for the background.

Google also includes its own TPU custom-made into the chip for improved on-device AI processing. This is all part of Google’s larger push to extend AI-first experiences across its products.
