In the Counselling notification issued by the board, it has been stated that for admission in the UG course, candidates can apply for counselling from 28 August to 01 September. After this, the next process for admission will start.

WBJEE Counselling Important Dates
If you want to participate in WBJEE Counselling, then the important dates are being informed to you, so that you can note them down the dates. And candidates can register from today by visiting the official website wbjeeb.nic.in.
- From 28 August – 1 September 2025 – Registration, fee payment and choice-filling
- 1 September 2025 – Last day to modify and lock choices
- 3 September 2025 – First round seat allotment result released
- 3 to 7 September 2025 – First round allotted students have to pay the seat acceptance fee and report to the institute for document verification
- 9 September 2025 – Second round seat allotment result released
- 9 to 11 September 2025 – Newly allotted students have to pay the fee payment and report. During this time, students can opt for withdrawal
