UPSC Launches Pratibha Setu 2025 : It is reported that the Union Public Service Commission feels for high-caliber aspirants who remain unselected following the Preliminaries, Mains, and Interviews. The scheme would cater to those extremely high achievers seldom noticed by government-public and private-sector employer communities. UPSC has selected its near pilot project ever, Pratibha Setu.

These are those candidates, who have already been qualified in the following examinations: Prelims, Mains, and Interview:

However, only those candidates who have opted in and granted their consent for employers to view their profiles would have access to the platform.

Working of the Scheme:

1. Expression of interest by the candidate of the scheme to include their profile on the platform.
2. Login by Ministries of the Government, public sector undertakings, autonomous institutions, and vetted private companies.
3. The biodata, eligibility, and contact information of such Aspirants shall be made available to the employers.
4. Companies could contact the candidate directly for interviews/tests or any other relevant steps for the recruitment process.

Employer Registration and Access

Private employers’ verification against Prescribed Corporate Identification Number (CIN) shall be done by way of entry on the platform.

Once registration is approved, the employer can directly access candidate details post-login and password.
