UGC NET Admit Card: The National Testing Agency has released admit cards for the exam scheduled for January 2nd. Candidates who applied for the December session exam can download their admit cards from the NTA’s official website,ugcnet.nta.nic.in. As per the schedule,the UGC NET December 2025 exam will be held from December 31,2025,to January 2,3,5,6,and 7,2026. This exam will be conducted in a computer-based test mode in various cities across the country.

Candidates are advised to carefully read the instructions given on the admit card after downloading it. Candidates must carry their admit card,a valid photo ID (Aadhaar,PAN,or Voter ID),and a passport-size photograph to the examination centre. If you forget to carry your admit card and ID card,you will not be allowed to enter the examination centre.

When will the exam be held?
The UGC NET December session exam will be conducted at designated examination centres across the country on December 31 and January 2,3,5,6,and 7,2026. The exam will be conducted in two shifts daily. The first shift exam will be held from 9 AM to 12 PM,and the second shift exam will be held from 3 PM to 6 PM.

Go to the official website ugcnet.nta.ac.in
Click on the UGC NET December 2025 Admit Card link given on the homepage.
Now enter your registration number,date of birth,and other details and submit.
The hall ticket will appear on your screen.
Please download it and print it.

Main Exam Guidelines
Candidates may bring a hand sanitiser and a transparent water bottle on exam day.
Candidates are not allowed to use any electronic devices in the examination hall.

Candidates should also carry a passport-size photograph to avoid any issues during verification.
In addition to the admit card,do not carry any documents related to cheating.
Ensure your presence at the examination centre one hour before the scheduled time.
