RRB NTPC Under Graduate (UG) 2025 : Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has now officially made available city-intimation slips for candidates intending to seat themselves in the NTPC UG CBT-1 examination for 2025. In the notification released, it was specified that from June 19, 2025, candidates eligible under recruitment to the Centralised Employment Notice (CEN) No. 05/2024 will be downloading these city slips from the official website rrb.digialm.com or the regional RRB portals.

City Intimation Slip comprises vital elements of information relating to the candidate, including Name, Roll Number, Date, Time, and Venue of the Examinations Centre allocated, Exam City, Candidate Date of Exam, Shift Time, and any Other instructions regarding the Exam. A candidate will have to log in using their registration No and DOB/password to view the said document. This essentially gives the candidate an opportunity to plan what arrangements he/she will require regarding travel and accommodation prior to the examination.

Mid-March 2025 will officially mark the CBT-1 recruitment initiation for NTPC UG. Multiple shifts are available from June 29 to July 21, 2025, and the candidates must check their shift timing and all details mentioned on the slip. The City Intimation Slip is solely for the management to better plan the logistics, and it is not an admission card for that purpose.

The candidate must download the official admit card or e-call letter by June 25, 2025, for taking the examination. Besides carrying a hard copy of the Admit Card, he/she would have to produce a valid identity proof document for entering the examination hall.

Moreover, SC/ST candidates are also eligible for the travel authority along with the city slip so that they can avail of railway concessions by government rules while traveling to the examination center.

Candidates must check all their information on their respective city slips and admit cards. He/she will contact his/her regional RRB authority without fail in case of discrepancies. It is otherwise recommended to make several copies of the documents for future reference.
