India is an agricultural country, and crores of farmers here depend on farming. To improve the economic condition of these farmers, the Government of India has started the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. Under this scheme, farmers are given financial assistance of ₹ 6,000 every year. So far, 20 installments of this scheme have been released, and farmers are eagerly waiting for the 21st installment. If you are also a beneficiary of this scheme, then it is important to know whether the next installment will come to your account or not. Let us know what the easiest way is to find out.

How to check the status of the next installment

Under the PM Kisan Yojana, an amount of ₹ 2000-₹ 2000 is sent in three installments every year. To know whether the next installment will come to your account or not, follow the easy steps given below:

First of all, go to the official website of the scheme, pmkisan.gov.in.

On the homepage of the website, go to ‘Farmers Corner’ and click on the option of ‘Beneficiary Status’.

Enter your Aadhaar number, mobile number, or registration number here and click on ‘Get Data’.

Now the status of the previous installment and the update of the next installment will be visible on your screen.

If the status says ‘FTO Generated’ or ‘Payment Sent’, it means that your next installment will come to your account soon.

If the status shows ‘Pending’ or ‘Rejected’, then your installment may be stopped.

Instalment may be stopped due to these reasons

There can be many reasons for the installation of the PM Kisan Yojana to be stopped.

If you have not yet completed your e-KYC, then your installment will be stopped.

If your Aadhaar number is not linked to your bank account, then the money will not be transferred.

If information like the bank account number or IFSC code is wrong, then the installment can be stuck.

If your land records are not updated on the state government portal, this can also be a reason.

If you have mistakenly registered more than once, the installment can also be cancelled.

If your status shows ‘Pending’ or ‘Rejected’, then immediately go to your nearest Common Service Center (CSC) or Agriculture Department office and get your information corrected and get e-KYC done. This is very important for you.
