NHPC JE Answer Key 2025 Out. The National Hydroelectric Power Corporation Limited (NHPC) will soon release the provisional answer key for the Junior Engineer Recruitment Exam 2025. Candidates who appeared for the exam can download the answer key and check their answers by visiting the official website, nhpcindia.com. The exam was recently conducted by NHPC on October 29, 2025.

Provisional Answer Key to be Released Soon
According to a notification issued by NHPC, the provisional answer key will be released online within a few days of the exam.
Candidates will be able to download the answer key by logging in with their registration number and password. This answer key will help them determine how many questions they got right or wrong and how many marks they can expect to score in the exam.
NHPC will also provide candidates with the ability to submit online objections within the stipulated time limit if they have any objections to any question or answer.
Exam Held on October 29
The NHPC conducted the exam for Junior Engineer (Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical) positions on October 29, 2025.
The exam was conducted in two shifts in offline mode. A total of 200 questions were asked in the exam.
- 140 questions were from technical subjects (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical),
- 30 questions from General Awareness,
- 30 questions from Reasoning.
Negative marking of 1 mark for each correct answer and 0.25 marks (one-fourth) for each incorrect answer was also applicable.
How to Download NHPC JE Answer Key 2025
After the answer key is released by NHPC, candidates can follow the simple steps given below:
First, visit the official NHPC website, nhpcindia.com.
- Click on the “Career” section on the homepage.
- Go to the “NHPC JE Provisional Answer Key 2025” link here.
- Now, enter your registration number and password.
- Upon logging in, the answer key will appear on your screen in PDF format.
- Download the answer key and take a printout for future reference.
Candidates are advised to carefully check the answer key and submit any objections within the stipulated time.
An opportunity to file objections will also be provided.
If a candidate believes that the answer to a question is incorrect or controversial, they can file an objection online.
NHPC will activate a separate link for this. Candidates will need to submit their objections by providing the relevant question number and proof of the correct answer. After the necessary review, NHPC will release the final answer key, based on which the result will be prepared.
