UPSC CDS 2 Result 2025 Out Soon: The Union Public Service Commission is expected to release the Combined Defence Services Examination 2 Result 2025 very soon. It is expected that the result will be released in the second or third week of October 2025. Candidates who took the exam can check and download their results through the Commission’s official website, upsc.gov.in. The exam was conducted on September 14, 2025, across the country in three sessions: the English paper from 9 am to 11 am, the General Knowledge paper from 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm, and the Elementary Mathematics paper from 4 pm to 6 pm.
What is the selection process?
Candidates who are successful in this exam will now be called for an SSB interview and medical examination. The interview will assess the candidate’s mental ability, communication skills, and leadership qualities.

NDA vs CDS Salary:-
According to media reports, candidates selected for the NDA and CDS will receive a monthly salary of ₹56,100 during their training. Upon receiving a commission as a lieutenant, their salary is determined by their rank, ranging from ₹56,100 to ₹1,77,500. They also receive all the allowances prescribed by the central government.
