Students are advised to arrive at the exam center at least 30 minutes early to avoid any delays or technical issues.

New Changes Under the National Education Policy (NEP-2020)

This year’s session is particularly significant because, under the National Education Policy (NEP-2020), the board has announced plans to conduct Class 10 exams twice a year.

This move aims to reduce exam pressure on students and give them an additional opportunity to perform better. However, this exam, scheduled for February-March 2026, will be considered the first terminal exam.

First Datesheet So Early Before Exams

According to the CBSE, this is the first time the board has released the datesheet 110 days before the exam. This will make it easier for students and schools to plan and prepare ahead of time. Experts say this will help students set timetables, create revision strategies, and cover the syllabus.

Update Exam Calendar

Now that the CBSE has released the final datesheet, students are advised to update their exam calendar and study plans. This year, the board exam schedule has been revised for some subjects, so don’t rely on the old timetable and check the new datesheet.
