How was the first shift paper of 22nd June?

According to the students, the paper of the morning shift was neither very difficult nor easy. The level of the exam was moderate. Mathematics questions took the most time, while chemistry was relatively simple. Some questions in Physics were very thought-provoking, which were based on both concepts and numbers. At the same time, the section of logical reasoning was balanced and the English proficiency part was considered quite easy.

Mixed reactions from students and experts

After the exam was over, many students said that they had come fully prepared and were able to use the time properly. A student said, “Maths was a little time consuming, but Physics was balanced. Everything seemed easy if Chemistry was prepared from NCERT.” On the other hand, experts also said that this time the paper was on the lines of previous years, but in Maths and Physics the ratio of questions with practical application was more than theory.

How was the arrangement at the examination centers?

The entry process was completed without any problem at most of the examination centers. Students got entry only after thorough checking of admit card and identity card. This computer-based exam has a total of 130 multiple choice questions, which are asked from Physics, Chemistry, English, Logical Reasoning and Maths/Biology. 3 marks are given for every correct answer while 1 mark is deducted for the wrong answer. No marks are added or subtracted for the questions that are left.
