UIDAI, the Unique Identification Authority of India, is soon bringing a major convenience to Aadhaar cardholders. Updating Aadhaar information from the comfort of your home

UIDAI’s new e-Aadhaar app will provide citizens with a digital platform to update key Aadhaar details without visiting a service centre. This app will allow people to update information such as their date of birth, residence address, and mobile number directly from their mobile phones. Previously, tasks that required visiting an Aadhaar service centre can now be completed in a few clicks. UIDAI has strengthened this app not only for convenience but also for security. The e-Aadhaar app will use Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Face ID technology to securely verify users’ identities.
