Through which women of the state can get the benefit of startup allowance up to a maximum of 2 lakh rupees.

The Chief Minister’s Women’s Employment Scheme is going to play a significant role in making women self-reliant. The Chief Minister’s Women’s Employment Scheme provides financial assistance to the following shops or business establishments. Fruit, vegetable and grocery shops. Milk, juice and food shops. Beauty parlors and cosmetics shops. Jewelry shops. Mobile recharge and stationery shops. Photocopying and printing shops. Tailoring and clothing shops. Electrical goods and utensils shops. Goat, poultry or cattle farming. E-rickshaw or auto service etc.
Application Eligibility:
Certain eligibility criteria have been set for the Mukhyamantri Mahila Rojgar Yojana application, such as-
1. The applicant’s age should be between 18 years and 60 years.
2. The applicant should be a woman from a BPL (Below Poverty Line) family.
3. The benefits of this scheme will be available to unmarried women, and women whose parents are not alive will be given priority.
4. If the applicants are active members of a self-help group, then they will get the benefits of the scheme.
Application Procedure:
For the Mukhyamantri Mahila Rojgar Yojana application, different procedures are available for rural areas and urban areas. For the application of rural women, the application form should be collected directly offline from the nearest Panchayat office or Block Development Office and submitted along with the required documents at the specified place. In case of application in urban areas, the applicant should apply on the online portal. However, the online portal has not been opened for women in urban areas yet. It is expected that the online portal will be launched very soon.
Required documents:
You need some documents to participate in the online and offline application process. Notable among these documents are- Aadhaar card, ration card as proof of address and proof of address, voter card, electricity bill. A valid bank account of the applicant, death certificate of the father. In addition, information regarding the membership card of the applicant’s women’s self-help group.
Through this scheme, women will be given a minimum of 10 thousand taka at first. If successful, this amount will gradually increase later. In this way, women will get a maximum of 2 lakh taka.
