When will the debit card service be unavailable?

 

Kotak Mahindra Bank has announced that some debit card services will be suspended for system maintenance aimed at enhancing their banking services. The debit card services will be inactive from 1:00 am to 5:00 am on both dates.

Users of the Kotak VISA Debit Card and Spendz Card will not be able to make in-store purchases, conduct online transactions, or withdraw cash from international ATMs during this time. Kotak Mahindra Bank has communicated to its customers via email that to ensure a smooth banking experience, maintenance will be carried out, resulting in the temporary unavailability of services on the Kotak Visa Debit Card and Spendz Card.

You can load a set amount for the month, use the Spendz Card or UPI for payments, and check your expenses through detailed statements.
