Kisan Kalyan Yojana- Big news for farmers. More than half of the country’s population still makes a living through agriculture and farming. Many of these people are not able to earn much through farming. This is the reason why the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana is being run by the central government. Apart from the central government, many schemes are also run by the state governments of many states of the country. A scheme is being run by the government for the farmers of Madhya Pradesh.

Due to which farmers are getting double the benefit as compared to other states. Generally, farmers are given an amount of 6 thousand rupees annually under the central government scheme, but some farmers of MP are given assistance of 12 thousand rupees. However, not all farmers get this benefit. Let us tell you which farmers are included in this.

Rs 6000 are available under CM Kisan Kalyan Yojana

The Madhya Pradesh government is running the CM Kisan Kalyan Yojana to provide separate financial assistance to farmers. This includes those farmers who are already taking advantage of the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. Along with the annual Rs 6000 from the center, they are also being given Rs 6000 by the state government. Along with the installment of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, the installment money of CM Kisan Kalyan Yojana is also sent. This amount is also sent to the farmers’ account in three installments of Rs 2,000 each.

By combining Rs 6000 of PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana and Rs 6000 of CM Kisan Kalyan Yojana, these farmers of Madhya Pradesh get a total of Rs 12 thousand. Which is double the profit compared to the farmers of other states. However, let us tell you that not all farmers are included in the MP government’s CM Kisan Kalyan Yojana. For this, the government has fixed some eligibility criteria.

These farmers can get benefits

The benefit of this scheme is given to only those farmers who are permanent residents of Madhya Pradesh. Also, the name of the farmer must be registered in the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. Apart from this, the applicant should have his own agricultural land on which he is doing farming.

These farmers will not get benefits

If a farmer pays income tax, he cannot avail the benefits of the scheme. Similarly, current or former MLAs, MPs, Mayors or Panchayat Chairmen are also not included in this. Employees employed in the central or state government and retired employees will also not be eligible. However, multi-tasking staff, class-4 and group D employees have been kept out of this condition. Apart from this, those whose monthly pension is more than Rs 10,000 also do not come under the purview of this scheme.
