Now, Indian Railways has eliminated this biggest challenge for passengers! The Ministry of Railways has launched a remarkable new app called ‘RailOne’. This revolutionary app brings together all essential services, including ticket booking (reserved and unreserved), train information, filing complaints, and even purchasing platform tickets, all in one place. You’ll now be completely free from the hassle of downloading multiple apps, making your digital travel experience seamless.

5 Amazing Features of the RailOne App

The RailOne App has been specifically designed to provide better and integrated services to passengers. Its primary objective is to save passengers time and save their phone’s memory space.

Single Login for All Services

You no longer need to remember different passwords for each app. With a single login to the RailOne App, you can access all services, including IRCTC bookings, UTS unreserved tickets, PNR status, and train tracking. Passengers who already use IRCTC RailConnect or UTSonMobile can sign in to RailOne using their old login details.

RailOne e-Wallet for Fast Payments

This unique app will also feature a digital wallet (e-Wallet) feature, allowing for faster payments for tickets and other services. It will be fully secured through an mPIN or biometric login, ensuring your financial information is always safe.

Easy Registration and Guest Login:

Registration has been simplified for new users. You can access the app simply by entering your mobile number and OTP. Guest login is also available, allowing you to access certain information without registration.

From Platform Ticket Booking to Complaints

RailOne allows you to perform tasks ranging from booking platform tickets to submitting complaints or feedback through Rail Madad. This integrated platform provides a one-stop solution for all your needs.

Available on both Android and iOS

This excellent app is available for download on both the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store, allowing all smartphone users to benefit from it.

Why RailOne Was Needed

Previously, many Indian Railways services were run on separate apps, causing significant inconvenience to passengers. Under the old system, passengers had to manage multiple apps, such as IRCTC Rail Connect for reserved tickets, UTS for unreserved tickets, Rail Madad for complaints, and NTES for checking train status. Managing all these apps was a real hassle for passengers and also took up memory space on their phones. RailOne will save both time and memory space by bringing them all together on a single platform.

Furthermore, over the past few months, the IRCTC app has frequently experienced technical glitches and server downtime, especially during Tatkal booking. Through RailOne, the Railways hopes to address these technical challenges and provide passengers with a highly stable and fast digital experience, making their travel even smoother than before.
