You no longer need to remember different passwords for each app. With a single login to the RailOne App, you can access all services, including IRCTC bookings, UTS unreserved tickets, PNR status, and train tracking. Passengers who already use IRCTC RailConnect or UTSonMobile can sign in to RailOne using their old login details.

Why RailOne Was Needed
Previously, many Indian Railways services were run on separate apps, causing significant inconvenience to passengers. Under the old system, passengers had to manage multiple apps, such as IRCTC Rail Connect for reserved tickets, UTS for unreserved tickets, Rail Madad for complaints, and NTES for checking train status. Managing all these apps was a real hassle for passengers and also took up memory space on their phones.
