PM Kisan 22nd Installment Released: After a lengthy wait, the next installment of the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana has finally been released. This scheme provides direct financial assistance to farmers’ accounts, helping with both farming and household expenses.
On March 13, 2026, Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced the release of the 22nd installment of the PM Kisan Yojana during an event held in Guwahati, Assam. An amount of Rs 2,000 was credited to the accounts of eligible farmers.
More than 9 crore farmers benefited
According to government data, this installment has successfully transferred funds to the bank accounts of over 93.2 million farmers. The central government has disbursed a total of around Rs 18,640 crore in this phase. Under the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, qualifying farmer families receive an annual financial aid of Rs 6,000, which is distributed in three equal installments of Rs 2,000 every four months.

To do this, follow these simple steps:
First, visit the official website at pmkisan.gov.in.
Click on the “Farmer’s Corner” option visible on the homepage.
Next, select the “Know Your Status” option.
Now, input your registration number and security code.
After that, an OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number.
Once you enter the OTP, your installment details will be displayed on the screen.

Farmers can also check whether their name is included in the beneficiary list or not.
First of all go to the official website of PM-Kisan pmkisan.gov.in.
Select “Farmers Corner” option on the homepage and then click on “Beneficiary List”.
After this select your state, district, tehsil, block and village.
Then click on “Get Report”.
After this, the list of all the beneficiaries of your village will be visible.
