A big and fresh update related to the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana (PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana) is coming out. Farmers across the country have been eagerly waiting for the 20th installment of the scheme for a long time. Meanwhile, great news has come for the farmers of a special state of the country. According to media reports, the farmers of this state will get ₹ 2000 from the central government and ₹ 2000 from the state government, i.e. a total of ₹ 4000.
Which state’s farmers will get ₹ 4000
According to media reports, this time the farmers of Madhya Pradesh will get ₹ 4000 instead of ₹ 2000. The farmers of Madhya Pradesh will now be given ₹ 2000 from the state government along with the ₹ 2000 received from the central government. This amount can be given under the Chief Minister Kisan Kalyan Yojana, which will give double benefit to the farmers. Although there has been no full official confirmation in this regard yet, this news is raising a big hope for the farmers.
When will the 20th installment of PM Kisan come?
According to the information received about this, earlier it was said that the 20th installment of PM Kisan Yojana will come in June 2025. Now if the media reports are to be believed, the money of the 20th installment related to the scheme can come in the accounts of the farmers by next week. Some reports are also saying that Prime Minister Narendra Modi can announce the 20th installment during a public meeting today. However, this too has not been fully verified yet.
Installments of PM Kisan are usually released at an interval of four months (April-July, August-November, December-March). The last 19th installment was released in February 2025, so the 20th installment is expected to come between June and July 2025. According to some sources, this installment can be released by 20 June 2025.
All the farmer brothers and sisters related to the scheme will be given money directly in their bank accounts through DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer) so that transparency is maintained and there is no scope for corruption.
Which farmers will not get money
The money of farmers who have not yet completed e-KYC for the scheme may get stuck. It is very important to get e-KYC done. You can do e-KYC by going to the bank or through online mediums.
Apart from this, it is also very important that your bank account is linked to Aadhaar; without this your money can get stuck. You can complete this work by going to your bank.
Why is e-KYC and Aadhaar linking necessary
The government has made these conditions mandatory to prevent fraud and ensure that the benefits reach only eligible farmers. If these formalities are not completed, your installment may be stopped.
Documents required for e-KYC:
Photocopy of Aadhaar card.
Documents for address proof like electricity bill, water bill, telephone bill, etc.
Photocopy of bank passbook etc.
If you submit the wrong documents while applying for the scheme or at the time of KYC, the installment may also be stuck. Therefore, all the information and documents should be correct.
