Paytm has added a new ‘Hide Payment’ feature to the app for its UPI users. Through this privacy feature, you will be able to hide the transactions made from the Paytm app. This feature is especially for those users who do not want anyone else to know about the transactions made from their Paytm app. Paytm users will be able to hide their payment history by going to their payment history. Paytm said that users can save the hidden payment history as long as they want, so that it can be checked when needed. Hiding payment history in Paytm has become super easy

  • To hide your transaction history in Paytm, first go to the Paytm app.
  • After the app opens, select the “Balance and History” option.
  • After this, you will see the payment history tab below.
  • Here, swipe left on the transaction you want to hide.
  • You will then see the ‘Hide’ option. Tap on it and confirm by pressing ‘Yes’.
  • Keep one thing in mind. If this option is not visible in your app, then update it to the latest software.

Want to see the hidden transaction

  • Once you hide the transaction, if you want to see it, then for this you have to open the app again and go to the “Balance and History” option.
  • Here you will find a three-dot option near the payment history. Tap on it.
  • After this, you have to enter the Paytm PIN or do biometric authentication.
  • After this, you will be able to see the hidden payments.

After following these steps, you will start seeing all the hidden transactions again, along with another payment history.
