Step 1: First of all open the official website of IRCTC ( www.irctc.co.in ) or IRCTC app.
Step 2: The icon of AskDisha 2.0 will appear on the homepage, click on it.
Step 3: Now tap on the mic icon and say – “Book Ticket”.
Step 4: The voice assistant will ask you travel details like where to travel, on which date, and which class you want.
Step 5: Based on your information, the system will give you train list, time and seat information.
Step 6: Select the preferred train and class, then confirm the details.
Step 7: After this the payment page will open, from where you can book the ticket by making online payment.
Step 8: Once the ticket is booked, you will get the PNR number and the ticket will be sent via both SMS and email.
