Sharing the information on its official website, State Bank of India said that net banking services will be disrupted for a few minutes every day from 4:45 am to 5:45 am. Although this interruption will be for only 3 to 4 minutes, but this time can pose challenges for important transactions or emergency banking. SBI has clarified in its notification that this disruption in net banking is part of routine system maintenance. The bank claims that this technical improvement is being done to provide a better digital experience to the customers.
It is written on SBI’s website that, “Dear Customer, Due to our regular banking maintenance activities, you may face disruption for 3-4 minutes between 4.45 am to 5.45 am every day. We are sorry and we seek your cooperation.”
