Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav made a new announcement for Ladli sisters in the Mahila Samman program. He said that from Bhai Dooj, Rs 1500 will be deposited in the bank accounts of women every month. Earlier, this amount was Rs 1000, which was gradually increased to Rs 1250, and an additional Rs 250 was given on Rakshabandhan. Now this scheme is expanding further and reaching Rs 1500 per month.

Rs 3000 assistance will be available by 2028

Ladli Behna Yojana

The Chief Minister said that the Ladli sisters scheme will be strengthened further. This amount will increase further in 2026 and 2027, and by 2028, this amount will become Rs 3000 per month. Yadav says that the family and children are getting direct benefits of this scheme, because women are using this money properly for the needs and upbringing of the house.

Changes coming in the lives of women

Dr. Yadav said that a recent survey has revealed that the standard of living has improved in the houses where the Ladli Behna Yojana has benefited. The money spent by women is not wasted; rather it is spent on children’s education, the elderly’s medicine, and household needs. He clarified that the government has no shortage of money, and this scheme will continue to move forward.

Gunnaur gets a gift of Rs 106 crore

During the Mahila Samman program, CM Yadav gave the gift of development works worth Rs 106.15 crore to the Gunnaur Assembly. This includes the inauguration of 9 works worth Rs 23.73 crore and the Bhoomi Pujan of 16 development works worth Rs 82.42 crore.

These projects include the construction of an Ayush dispensary in Madla at a cost of 48 lakh, an 8-km-long Barwara-Gunnaur-Makri road in Gunnaur at a cost of 9.41 crore, a 4-km-long Hirapur to Biharasar road at a cost of 5.72 crore, and a Madayan to Biharasar road at a cost of 4.89 crore.
