Ladli Behna Yojana 2025 : There is good news for crores of Ladli sisters of Chief Minister Ladli Behna Yojana. There is a latest update on the 25th installment of the scheme. It is reported that CM Mohan Yadav will transfer Rs 1250 to the accounts of 1.27 crore sisters from Jabalpur on June 13. Along with this, more than 26 lakh sisters will also be given money for cylinder refilling. However, official confirmation regarding the final date is yet to be done.
Usually the installment of the scheme was released by the 10th of every month, but the date has been changed from April 2025. During this, in the cabinet meeting, Mohan Sarkar had decided that he would send the amount to the sisters’ account around the 15th of every month. This was the reason that the 23rd installment was released on the 16th of April and the 24th installment on May 15. Now the 25th installment is expected to come on June 13.
Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has announced that sisters will be given additional amount from this scheme on Rakshabandhan. The amount of this scheme will be increased to 3 thousand rupees in 3 years. The amount of Ladli Behna Yojana will be increased from 1250 to 3 thousand rupees per month. When the scheme was started, the government had promised that the payment of Rs 1000 would be gradually increased to Rs 3,000 per month.
Every month you get Rs. 1250 under Ladli Behna Yojana
Ladli Behna Yojana was launched in May 2023 by the previous Shivraj Singh Chouhan government. The main objective of the Ladli Behna Yojana is to economically empower the women of Madhya Pradesh and improve their lives. Under this scheme, it was decided to give Rs 1000 to married women between 21 and 60 years of age and then its first installment was released on June 10.
After this, the amount was increased to Rs.1250 on Rakshabandhan 2023. Now under this scheme, women get Rs 15,000 annually at the rate of Rs 1250 per month. A total of 24 installments of monthly financial assistance amount has been transferred to the Ladli sisters from June 2023 to May 2025. The Ladli sisters of the state have received benefits of more than 28 thousand crores so far. Apart from this, special financial assistance of Rs 250 was also transferred to the beneficiary women in the months of August 2023 and 2024 (total 2 times).
