After the BJP government was formed again in Madhya Pradesh, the new Chief Minister Mohan Yadav increased this amount to Rs 1250. A total of 23 installments have been sent under the scheme so far. This information has been given by the official X handle of the Chief Minister himself. Let us tell you that in the Ladli Behna Yojana, the installment was released by the 10th of the first month. But from the new financial year, the time of release of the installment has been changed. Now it is released around the 15th instead of the 10th.
Some eligibility criteria have been set by the government for the benefit of Ladli Behna Yojana. Only those women who fulfill those eligibility criteria are given benefits. According to the rules set in the scheme, only women between the ages of 21 and 60 are eligible for the benefit. Many women taking benefit under Ladli Behna Yojana have crossed the age of 60. Due to this, the names of these women have been removed from the beneficiary list of the scheme. That means now these women will not be given installment money every month.
