Millions of farmers call this country home, making up about half of the population. The government rolls out various schemes to support them, but many farmers in India struggle to make a decent income from their crops. To help out, the government offers financial aid through the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana.
This program provides three payments of Rs 2000 each year, and so far, 18 payments have been made. Farmers are now eagerly awaiting the 19th payment, which is set to be released today, February 24th. Checking your status is easy. Today, on February 24th, millions of farmers will receive the 19th installment of the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. Once the payment is processed, you can verify your account status. To do this, head over to the official PM Kisan website at https://pmkisan.gov.in/.
From there, click on “Know Your Status” in the “Farmers Corner” section. Enter your registration number, and all the details related to your account will pop up on your screen.
A lot of folks are really benefiting from the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. The government had already let farmers know that they need to complete their e-KYC to keep enjoying the perks of the scheme.
