It is being said that in the ongoing reform under GST 2.0, the Fitment Committee has recommended reducing the GST on all these products from 18 percent to 5 percent. If this decision is approved in the meeting to be held next week, then a huge drop in their prices can be seen after this. This will provide a lot of relief to the customers.

When will the GST Council meeting be held?
According to reports, the GST Council meeting will be held on September 2, officials will participate in it. After this, the main meeting of the Council will be held on September 3. It will start at 11 am. After this, the second meeting of the Council will be organized on September 4.
