Space requirement: Must own or rent a space of at least 120 sq ft. A lease agreement or space allotment is required. PMBI (Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Bureau of India) will not help in this.
Pharmacist required: Must be a registered pharmacist. Their name and registration details will have to be provided, which can also be provided at the time of final approval.
Documents for Special Category: If you are a woman entrepreneur, ex-serviceman, disabled, SC/ST or from an aspiring district, island region or North Eastern state, then you will have to submit a certificate and an undertaking.
