Now, 9 pairs of Puja Special trains will be run for the convenience of the passengers. Special trains from Delhi to Bihar

Hazrat Nizamuddin-Patna AC Superfast Festival Special (21 September to 29 November) will be run for passengers going from Delhi to Patna. This train will run daily. This train will leave from Hazrat Nizamuddin at night and reach Patna the next morning.

On return, it will leave from Patna in the morning and reach Delhi by evening. Apart from this, special trains will also be run for passengers going from Delhi to Pataliputra and Hasanpur.

Anand Vihar-Patliputra Festival Special

This train will run daily from 21 September to 29 November at night and will reach Patliputra by night the next day.

New Delhi-Hasanpur Road Festival Special

This train will run from 1 October to 29 November in the morning and will reach Hasanpur Road by noon the next day.

Connectivity with other cities in the country, too

Not only Delhi, but special trains will also be run from other big cities of the country for Bihar and Jharkhand.

Chandigarh-Patna Festival Special

This train will run every Thursday from 25 September to 27 November.

New Delhi-Howrah Festival Special

This train will run from 20 September to 19 December.

Apart from this, special trains like Ajmer-Ranchi (every Friday), Mau-Kolkata (every Wednesday), Durg-Patna (19 October), and Gondia-Patna (23-24 October) will also run for passengers traveling long distances. These trains will pass through major stations like Gaya, Dhanbad, Varanasi, Hajipur, and Jhajha.

The Railways aim to control the heavy rush during festivals, and all the passengers can reach their homes on time. These trains will give passengers a chance to celebrate the festival with their families without any hassle.
