In this meeting, a decision has been taken to increase the FRP for sugarcane farmers, which has now been increased to Rs 355 per quintal.

Ashwini Vaishnav said that a big relief has been given to sugarcane farmers. The FRP of sugarcane has been increased. Giving relief to the farmers for the 2025-26 sugarcane season, the minimum support price (MSP) of Rs 355 per quintal has also been approved.
