Golden Visa – Good news for indians. The United Arab Emirates government has introduced a new type of Golden Visa. It will be based on nomination and will have certain conditions. It will be different from the current practice of making large investments in property or business here.
Till now, the only way to get Dubai Golden Visa from India was by investing in property worth at least 20 lakh UAE dirhams (Rs 4.66 crore) or by investing a large sum of money in business in the country.
You can get UAE Golden Visa
Beneficiaries and people involved in the process have said that under the new nomination-based visa policy, Indians can now enjoy lifetime UAE golden visa by paying a fee of 1,00,000 UAE Dirham (AED) i.e. around Rs 23.30 lakh. They said that more than 5,000 Indians will apply for this nomination-based visa in three months.
Indians will be able to get Golden Visa easily
India and Bangladesh have been selected for the first phase of testing this visa. A consultancy company called Rayad Group has been selected to test the initial form of nomination-based golden visa in India. Rayad Kamal Ayub, Managing Director of Rayad Group, said that this is a golden opportunity for Indians to get UAE’s golden visa.
Visa applicants will be scrutinized
He said that whenever an applicant applies for this golden visa, we will first check their background, which will include anti-money laundering and criminal record checks. Internet media will also be checked. The background check will also show how the applicant can benefit the UAE market and business activities in any other way such as culture, finance, trade, science, start-ups, professional services, etc.
How can one apply?
Following this, the Ryad Group will forward the application to the government, which will make the final decision on the nomination-based Golden Visa. Applicants seeking the UAE Golden Visa under the nomination category can obtain pre-approval from their home country without the need to travel to Dubai. Applications can be submitted through One Vasco Centre in India and Bangladesh, our registered offices, our online portal or our dedicated call centre, he added.
