Gold-Silver Price Today: Gold and silver prices have left people extremely confused. Gold and silver rates are fluctuating daily. Gold and silver prices had declined in the past few days. However, on the very first day of this week, both prices rose.

On Monday, the first trading day of the week, as soon as trading began on the Multi-Commodity Exchange, the price of silver jumped by nearly ₹15,000 per kg. Meanwhile, gold prices also rose by ₹3,700 per 10 grams. However, the prices of both precious metals are still significantly lower than their highs.

Gold Rate Surges
Gold prices jumped sharply as soon as the market opened on Monday. The gold rate for the April 2nd expiry rose by more than ₹3,700 on the MCX compared to its previous closing price. Last Friday, the yellow metal closed at ₹1,56,876 per 10 grams and opened at ₹1,60,600 on Monday. Its price has risen by ₹3,724.

What is the price of silver?
Silver futures, expiring on March 5th, jumped to ₹2,68,120 per kilogram as soon as trading began on MCX on Monday.

While on Friday, the last trading day of last week, the 1 kg silver rate closed at ₹2,52,944. Silver prices rose by ₹15,176 at the opening. Last week, too, silver prices jumped by ₹8,584 per kilogram.
