Norton Atlas ADV – The adventure bike segment is slowly heating up in India these days. Riders no longer want to be confined to the city, they are moving towards mountains, raw trails and long touring. Meanwhile a big name is again in discussion Norton Atlas ADV.
TVS-owned Norton Motorcycles is preparing for entry into the Indian market with this new adventure bike. Recently it has been spotted for the second time during testing, and this time some new secrets have also been revealed.
Launch
According to reports, Norton Atlas can be launched in India by around mid-2026. It is clear from the new testing photos that the company is now taking this bike towards the final stage. This is not just another bike, but a big chance for Norton to return to the Indian market.

Design
Talking about its design, the design of the bike that has appeared in the latest spy shots is largely from the model that was showcased at EICMA last year.
Two variants of Atlas were shown in EICMA Standard and GT. The GT version had 17-inch alloy wheels back and forth, while the standard version provided 19/17-inch (front / rear) cross-spoke wheels.
The test bike that first appeared looked like a GT version with 17-inch alloy wheels. But the bike that has been seen this time has 19/17-inch alloy wheels.
585cc engine
Now let’s talk about the engine, Norton Atlas will get a 585cc parale-twin, liquid-cooled engine with a 270-degree crank layout. This setup is commonly known for better torque delivery and smooth ride.
This engine will be paired with a 6-speed gearbox. Power output is expected to be between 65 and 70 horsepower. This figure could make it a strong player in the mid-size ADV segment.

Features
It will feature an 8-inch TFT instrument cluster with connected features. Cruise control, traction control, riding modes, and a host of electronic aids will be provided. Nowadays, riders want smart technology, not just the engine.
Off-road
The new test bike features block pattern tires, which clearly indicate that this bike is ready for off-roading. This is not just a showy ADV, but is preparing to become a real adventure machine.
Although an interesting point is that the test model definitely featured a gold-finished front USD forks, it did not have adjustable front suspension and hand guards. The company may also bring a lower-spec variant to keep the price competitive.
