If money is wrongly deducted from your FASTag wallet, users need to keep some important things in mind. First, you will have to contact the customer care of your bank. Users may also need to use the app or portal for this. You can register a complete complaint. You will also have to share all the details with the bank.

This should include details of the deduction, transaction number, etc. Once a refund claim is submitted, the bank typically takes about two weeks to process it. After this period, the incorrectly deducted amount is refunded. Do not share your OTP (One-Time Password), as there are often cyber fraudsters involved.
