New Delhi: The wait for farmers enrolled in the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana (PM-KISAN) is soon coming to an end. The Modi government is set to give farmers a significant gift just before Diwali. The government is transferring the 21st instalment of ₹2,000, which will prove to be a significant gift. The next instalment of the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana can be sent any day until October 15, 2025.
Approximately 10 crore farmers will receive significant benefits from this instalment. Instalment can be easily checked. Farmers will first need to complete their e-KYC. Apart from this, land verification can be done. Furthermore, farmers should ensure their Aadhaar card is linked to their bank account.
If their Aadhaar card is linked, a message regarding the installation will be sent to their mobile phone. Sometimes, even after completing all the necessary procedures, the message does not arrive. How many instalments are received annually?
The Modi government launched the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana in 2019. Since then, the government has been depositing three instalments of Rs. 2,000 each into accounts every year. Each instalment is released after four months.
So far, Rs. 40,000 has been transferred in 20 instalments of Rs. 2,000. Farmers can check whether the instalment has been credited to their accounts by visiting the official website.
