Millions of Indians use WhatsApp every day to send messages to their loved ones or for their needs. And in line with that, this messaging app under Meta continues to try to provide better services. This time, WhatsApp is coming up with a new feature called DigiLocker, which will allow users to upload important documents such as PAN card, driving license, and even 10th and 12th certificates or mark sheets.

In fact, WhatsApp now has a MyGov chatbot service. As a result, WhatsApp users will be able to save important documents on their phones without going to the DigiLocker app or website. If necessary, a new DigiLocker account can also be opened from this chatbot. Abhishek Singh, CEO of MyGov service, said, “The DigiLocker service is available through the MyGov helpdesk. Platforms like WhatsApp are being used to make this service more accessible to the common citizen.”
