Cashback will be available on bill payment
According to the report, customers are now getting the opportunity to save money on electricity bills as part of a cashback offer running on the BHIM payment app. This offer has been introduced by power supply company BSES Rajdhani Power, a joint venture between Reliance Infrastructure and the Delhi government. According to the information given on the company’s official website, customers can get instant cashback on paying electricity bills through the BHIM app and this facility will be available till December 31, 2025. It is necessary to select the BillDesk option at checkout while making the payment.
According to media reports, every customer can avail of this offer once a month. A minimum bill payment of Rs 500 is required to receive the cashback. Customers can receive a maximum cashback of Rs 50, which will be deposited directly into their bank account linked to the BHIM app.
