The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has started the Premium Housing Scheme 2025 in the capital. Under this scheme, affordable and premium category flats will be made available in different areas. The special thing is that this time, the application process and rules have been kept very strict so that transparency and fairness are maintained.

Registration and auction dates

The process of registration and earnest money deposit (EMD) for this scheme has started from 26 August 2025. Interested applicants can register and submit EMD till 24 September. The last date to apply has been fixed as 26 September. The schedule of the e-auction will be released on 30 September. Interested buyers will get a chance to practice a demo on 3, 4, and 5 October, while the live e-auction will run from 6 to 8 October 2025.
Who can apply
Only Indian citizens can avail the benefits of this scheme. The minimum age of the applicant should be 18 years, and a PAN card is mandatory. SC and ST category applicants will have to make a family member a co-applicant. Martyrs’ widows, disabled, and other reserved category applicants will have to submit the necessary documents. The name of the co-applicant must be entered at the beginning of the application form.
Amount of EMD
To participate in this scheme, an earnest money deposit has to be made as per the category. Rs 4 lakh has to be deposited for LIG flats, Rs 10 lakh for MIG flats, Rs 15 lakh for HIG flats, Rs 4 lakh for a car garage, and Rs 1 lakh for a scooter garage. Payment can be made online through NEFT, RTGS, or the DDA e-auction portal.
Flats and their prices
In this scheme, the prices of flats in different areas have been fixed differently. The price of HIG flats in Vasant Kunj starts from Rs 1.98 crore, while in Dwarka Sector 19B it ranges from Rs 2.19 to 2.34 crore, and in Jasola it ranges from Rs 2.34 to 2.45 crore. MIG flats are available in Ashok Nagar at Rs 1.09 crore, in Dwarka at Rs 1.38 to 1.52 crore, in Jahangirpuri at Rs 60 lakh to 1.49 crore, in Nandnagri at Rs 60 to 65 lakh, in Pitampura at Rs 61 to 62 lakh, and in Malviya Nagar at Rs 1.24 crore.
SFS flats are priced between Rs 88 lakh to Rs 1.66 crore and are located in posh areas like Vasant Kunj, Shalimar Bagh, Rohini, and Alaknanda. LIG flats will be available in Dwarka, Rohini, and Ashok Nagar at Rs 29 to 47 lakh. EHS flats start from Rs 26 lakh in Nasirpur, Dwarka.

Talking about the garage, the starting price of a car garage in Pitampura is Rs 30 lakh. Scooter garages are available in Mall Road and Ashok Vihar, which cost Rs 2 to 5 lakh.
