7th Pay Commission Update: Central employees and pensioners are going to be very happy. The central government is going to increase the DA of the employees. How much will the DA be?

The central government can increase the DA by up to 3 per cent. After this, the DA will increase to 58 per cent. Currently, central employees are getting the benefit of 55 per cent DA. This can lead to a strong increase in the salary of the employees, which is going to prove to be good news. Earlier, DA was increased by 2%, the rates of which came into effect from January 1, 2025. Salary will jump

If the basic salary of a central employee is Rs 18000, then he used to get Rs 9,900 on 55 per cent DA. With 58 per cent DA, this money will go up to Rs 10,440. An increase of Rs 540 can be seen every month. If the basic pension of pensioners is Rs 20,000, then he will get about Rs 600 more.

The central government can also give a surprising update on the 8th Pay Commission. The government can constitute the 8th Pay Commission before Diwali. The review work will start only after its committee is formed. Now, if it is formed, it can be implemented at the end of the year 2027 or early in the year 2028.
