It is also important that they are permanent citizens of Delhi. This card will be made only for those women who are permanently living in Delhi and not in any other area of NCR.

The process of making the Saheli Smart Card will be completely online, which makes it convenient:
First of all, women have to register by visiting the portal of Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC).
