Stock market will also be affected

It is important to keep in mind here that despite these holidays, other works including money transactions through online banking and ATM will continue to happen smoothly. Holidays will not affect them. There will be no trading in the stock market for 11 days in the month of April. These include 8 days Saturday and Sunday. Apart from this, the stock market will remain closed on 10 April due to Mahavir Jayanti, 14 April due to Dr. Ambedkar Jayanti and 18 April due to Good Friday.
