Additionally, on March 31, banks will also be closed in numerous cities for Mahavir Jayanti, including Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Kanpur, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, Nagpur, New Delhi, Patna, Raipur, and Ranchi.
While bank branches will be shut, customers should not experience significant issues, as online banking services will still be available. You can perform transactions such as transferring or withdrawing money through net banking, mobile banking, UPI, and ATMs. Just remember that check clearing, cash deposits, and withdrawals won’t be possible during these holidays.
