There is a bank holiday in Ahmedabad, Gangtok, Imphal, Kanpur, Kolkata, Lucknow, Shimla today i.e. on 23 October 2025 on the occasion of Bhai Bij/Bhai Dooj/Chitragupta Jayanti/Lakshmi Puja (Diwali)/Bhratri Dwitiya/Ningal Chakkuba.
