How to get an Ayushman Bharat card?

First you have to go to the official website of Ayushman Bharat Yojana. Then you have to click on the ‘Am I eligible?’ option at the top of the screen.
Then you will see a new page open on the screen. Where you have to verify the mobile number and fill the captcha. Now you have to select the login option and then click on the ‘Find Beneficiary’ option.
After this you will be asked to select your state and enter the scheme PMJAY. Now you have to fill the requested information. Fill in the details like family ID, Aadhaar card or location rural or urban etc. for ration card.

Now know, if you give Aadhaar card information or ration card information, you will see your family details on the screen.
In the next step, you have to select the name of the person for whom you want to make Ayushman Card and verify his/her details.
Now select Aadhaar option and verify through OTP.
After verifying the OTP, you will see the authentication page on the screen. Here you have to submit the application for Ayushman Card.
After submitting the application, on the new page, you have to select the e-KYC option.
