You will get 24 thousand rupees
In this scheme, money will be sent directly to the account of the female head of the family through DBT i.e. Direct Benefit Transfer. Under this scheme of the Karnataka government, women of the state will be given financial assistance of Rs 2000 every month. That is, they will get 24 thousand rupees annually. Under this scheme, so far, female heads of 1.11 crore families in Karnataka have received benefits. Antyodaya card holders are also given benefits under the scheme.
These women will get benefit
The goal of the Karnataka government is to fulfill the responsibility of the maintenance of women in the state through this scheme and help them become self-reliant. The Karnataka government has also fixed some eligibility under the Griha Lakshmi Yojana. The benefit of the scheme is given to those women who live below and above the poverty line or no one in the woman’s family files GST and Income Tax returns.
Along with this, women who have members in government jobs in their family will not get the benefit. The goal of the Karnataka government is to fulfill the responsibility of the maintenance of women in the state through this scheme and help them become self-reliant.
